At Alset Partners, we are continuously working on a range of projects and new strategies for our clients as part of the growing services we provide, to ensure our clients are receiving the best possible guidance and support.
One of the key areas which we focus on within the foodservice management industry is staff training, in which we can help develop the skills and knowledge of your staff.
We offer a range of training programmes and courses to suit the nature of your requirements, from tailor mentored programmes to graduate development programmes.
At the moment, Alset Partners are currently working on several projects with a number of different companies, to help develop staff members in their job roles.
To help with this, we are currently delivering a six month sales team training course to develop the skills of a team of seven members of staff who work both internally and externally for a specific business.
We are also in the process of creating a culture change programme for management and staff who work on behalf of a foodservice manufacturer or importer, and we are also establishing personal mentor programmes to help develop the skills of a salesman to a higher level role.
Our team are also assisting businesses with the personal field of sales development and sales management to help nurture and grow sales-personnel into new markets, and increase sales effectiveness.
